Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Planning Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is crucial for managing baseline preparation and project control functions across our current and future construction endeavors. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of high-end projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines utilizing Primavera P6 software.
- Define and finalize the approved project baseline at the commencement of each project.
- Generate periodic look-ahead schedules and devise strategic recovery plans for any activities experiencing delays.
- Track project advancement against the established baseline and produce detailed weekly and monthly progress reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is a mandatory educational qualification.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of demonstrable experience in project planning and scheduling is required.
- Essential technical skills include advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
