Role overview
This position is for an Associate Project Manager focused on banking software and CRM solutions. The company works with financial institutions to help them evolve into AI-led digital organizations. You will be part of a global team delivering high-impact projects for major clients in a collaborative environment that values learning, contribution, and achievement.
What you will do
- Contribute to project planning by helping break down tasks, build schedules, and estimate effort.
- Monitor progress against agreed scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Make sure assigned deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Help coordinate daily project activities and execution tasks.
- Support communication across project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide project status updates and raise risks or issues to senior project managers when necessary.
- Join recurring project meetings, daily stand-ups, and status discussions.
- Assist with the creation and review of project documents, including requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes, in coordination with business analysis and UX teams.
- Help prepare change requests, proposals, and basic project reporting.
- Take part in requirement-gathering workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Record requirements clearly and help maintain traceability throughout the project.
- Support scope control by tracking change requests and their impact.
- Help identify risks, dependencies, and issues linked to project delivery.
- Maintain risk and issue registers and assist with reporting tasks.
- Review project materials produced by the team to ensure they are complete and consistent.
- Support compliance with project standards and delivery methods.
- Assist senior team members during client presentations, demonstrations, or proof-of-concept sessions.
- Help prepare proposal content, high-level schedules, and responses to RFPs when needed.
- Support the preparation of training materials and user documentation.
- Assist with arranging or delivering training sessions when required.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst working on CRM projects for credit unions or financial institutions.
- Solid knowledge of project management approaches such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
- Proven ability to manage integrations involving CRM platforms and third-party services.
- Strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks within complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project and DevOps.
- PMP certification is required; PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications are considered an advantage.
