Job overview
Cinemacity is looking to add experienced culinary professionals to its kitchen teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company is hiring for several roles, including CDP, DCDP, Commi, and Italian Pizza Chef.
Role environment
Applicants should have experience working in well-structured, high-standard kitchens, ideally in Michelin-level settings. Backgrounds in fine dining, à la carte service, or chef-led concepts are also suitable.
Italian Pizza Chef
The pizza chef will lead the pizza station and ensure each pizza is produced consistently to a high standard within an Italian casual dining setup. The position involves dough handling, pizza-making technique, quick and accurate execution, quality checks, and strong service discipline to support a great guest experience.
Chef de Partie
The Chef de Partie will take complete responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining top standards in preparation, cooking, and plating. The role demands consistency, discipline, and smooth service delivery in line with fine dining and Michelin-level expectations.
Demi Chef de Partie
The Demi Chef de Partie will assist the Chef de Partie with day-to-day work in the assigned section. The role focuses on steady food preparation, organized workflow, service efficiency, and adherence to Italian casual dining standards. It requires good technical ability, speed, teamwork, and structure.
Commis Chef
The Commis Chef will support the kitchen brigade with preparation and service while building core culinary skills. The role places emphasis on learning, accuracy, hygiene, consistency, and professional discipline in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment.
Additional information
This opportunity is part of a premium dining experience inside a luxury entertainment venue. The kitchen team will work across Cinemacity branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
