This is a full-time remote role based in India, designed for someone who pays close attention to detail, is willing to learn, and wants to build expertise in logistics billing operations.Job detailsCompany: ARDEM Data Services Private LimitedLocation: IndiaDepartment: LogisticsWork arrangement: RemoteEmployment type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to FridayShift: Night shift, 10:00 PM to 07:00 AMNature of work: Processing U.S. logistics invoices and related billing data.ResponsibilitiesEnter shipment and billing information accurately into the Transport Management System (TMS).Collect, examine, and arrange incoming Bills of Lading while spotting and fixing mismatches.Check Bills of Lading against billing rules and requirements.Handle precise data entry across different systems and reports.Work with basic logistics and trade concepts, including exporter/importer terms, Shipper, Consignee, Bill To, Commodity Description, NMFC codes, and accessorial charges.Support administrative tasks and other special assignments as requested by the manager.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is required.Previous experience in logistics, billing, or a similar data-processing role is mandatory.RequirementsStrong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are needed.A personal PC or laptop with a minimum 100 Mbps broadband connection is required.Work must be done on a Windows laptop or desktop with AnyDesk access.The system should have at least a 14-inch screen, FHD 1920×1080 resolution, an i5 or better processor, and 8 GB RAM or more.The role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule with a night shift.This position is full-time and remote.Why this roleARDEM presents an opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization that provides outsourcing and business automation services across multiple industries.
