Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Patna, Bihar. The Logistics Executive will handle day-to-day dispatch coordination, inventory movement, transportation planning, and warehouse support. The role is focused on helping the business meet its 72-hour fulfillment target, depending on location and stock availability, while keeping logistics records accurate and up to date.

The position requires regular coordination with sales, customer service, supply chain, warehouse, and transport teams to address delivery concerns, plan efficient routes, and respond to shipment-related queries. The selected candidate will also track logistics performance, contribute to process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Scope of Work

Under the Global Makhana Wellness Mission, the logistics function supports procurement, warehousing, B2B distribution, B2C order fulfilment, quick commerce operations, fulfilment centres across India, and export logistics with documentation.

Experience and Skills Needed

The ideal applicant should have 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, food processing, agri-business, or export operations. Strong planning ability, coordination skills, and practical problem-solving are essential. The role also requires working knowledge of transport management, inventory control, dispatch planning, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Patna and collaborating with warehouse, field, and transport teams in a fast-moving, mission-oriented environment.

Compensation

The offered package is INR 3.0 to 3.6 lakh per annum.
