Role Summary
This role supports the day-to-day running of a beverage stall within a food court or coffeeshop in Singapore. It combines outlet operations, customer service, inventory control, sales support, staff coordination, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Outlet Operations
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the drink stall and keep service running efficiently during opening, mid, and closing shifts.
- Follow internal SOPs, operational routines, and service guidelines when preparing and serving items at assigned counters such as desserts, dim sums, drinks, fruits, or A Taste of Nanyang.
- Work with the maintenance team to resolve hygiene and upkeep issues quickly so the outlet remains in good condition and aligned with WSH requirements.
- Make sure the stall meets all required hygiene, health, safety, and licensing rules.
- Complete end-of-shift and weekly reporting.
- Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time as part of the role.
Customer Service and Transactions
- Handle customer orders and payments using cash registers or POS systems.
- Accept payments through cash, card, coupons, Net card, and other cashless methods.
- Deliver courteous and professional service while keeping a positive and empathetic approach with customers.
- Respond to customer queries without delay and manage feedback from customers and landlords to identify service gaps.
Sales, Product, and Inventory Management
- Support sales growth through upselling, cost control, and the development of new products.
- Keep wastage under control so gross profit targets are met.
- Track stock levels for both perishable and non-perishable items and schedule replenishment as needed.
- Raise and process orders through the e-PR system.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and ensure all stock follows FIFO inventory practices.
- Help achieve monthly sales targets and FD rental income targets.
- Take part in creating new in-house products.
Team Support and Development
- Learn from the F&B supervisor in planning staff schedules so productivity and salary budgets are managed effectively.
- Support the supervisor in recruitment, training, and development of F&B team members.
External Relationship Management
- Work to maintain full stall occupancy through strong tenant relationships.
- Maintain quality standards for food products sold at tenant stalls.
Work Schedule and Environment
- This is a 6-day work week role with non-rotating shifts.
- The workplace is in a food court or coffeeshop environment.
