Salesforce Developer Responsibilities
The role calls for hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery. It includes gathering CRM needs from clients and business analysts, building dependable solutions on the Salesforce platform, and designing, coding, and implementing applications. Work should be delivered within agreed timelines and development methods, with thorough unit testing, defect fixing across SDLC stages, and proper documentation. The position also includes knowledge transfer and technical training for Salesforce team members, along with ensuring security, integrity, and other non-functional requirements are met.
Experience and Technical Profile
Candidates should bring 6 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. Strong familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools, Apex, and LWC is important. Prior exposure to at least one full end-to-end Salesforce project is required. Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications are preferred.
Qualifications and Communication
