What the role involves

• Supervise electrical installation and related site activities.

• Interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings accurately and apply them on site.
• Assign tasks to site workers, guide the team, and track daily output.
• Confirm that work is delivered as per approved drawings, technical requirements, quality expectations, and safety rules.
• Work closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trade teams to maintain coordination on the project.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in MEP and construction projects.
• Solid background in supervising electrical, plumbing, drainage, HVAC duct, and ventilation/air-conditioning work.
• Ability to understand and work from engineering and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership skills for managing site labor and daily work allocation.
• Capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on active construction sites.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is important.
• Candidates based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia are preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or travel depending on project location within Saudi Arabia is required.
