Role Overview

High Dive International is hiring a Merchandiser for its Ludhiana, Punjab location. The role focuses on shaping product presentation, planning stock and ranges, and supporting sales growth through effective merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create merchandising plans that align customer expectations with business goals.
• Review sales performance, customer response, and market movements to predict product demand and decide stock ranges.
• Work closely with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to discuss pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Improve sales and customer engagement by presenting products in an attractive and effective way.
• Prepare store layout plans and help keep shelves and inventory organized.
• Estimate sales and profit outcomes and support budget planning.
• Track inventory movement and factor in markdowns, offers, pricing changes, and clearance actions where needed.
• Maintain strong customer connections and work with channel partners to grow the pipeline and support deal closure.
• Keep updated on current industry practices and merchandising trends.
