仕事内容
Role overview
G4S is seeking a professionally trained MST to support site security operations and manpower deployment across locations such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The role also involves familiarity with industrial zones, important client shipments, and changing manpower needs for new sales assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange manpower on a daily basis as required.
- Submit daily reports to the supervisor in line with established procedures.
- Follow all company policies and operating procedures without exception.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environment instructions at all times.
- Operate and keep watch over security systems.
- Manage the movement of people, materials, and vehicles entering or leaving the site.
- Conduct foot patrols to identify anything that could threaten property or personal safety.
- Inspect external parking areas when needed to help protect vehicles and identify unauthorized access.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India.
