  • Monitor the condition, capability, and constraints of facilities, equipment, vehicles, and munitions resources that may affect mission success, and escalate issues promptly to the Munitions Superintendent.
  • Coordinate with section supervisors to manage the awaiting maintenance, awaiting parts, and TCTO programs, and review them weekly during scheduling meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate all TCTO needs with accountability and maintenance supply liaisons, and participate in site TCTO planning and reconciliation meetings for munitions assets and equipment.
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and inspection forecasts and schedules for munitions activities.

  • Work the hours needed, including standby, to support peacetime and combat-contingency mission requirements.
  • Assess incoming demands, convert them into prioritized support for the AEW AMMO Flight, and flag any scheduling conflicts to the Munitions Superintendent.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with the AEW AMMO Flight.
  • Enter data directly into TICMS and MC2 and ensure documentation follows the proper routing procedures.
  • Manage structure keys and locks in accordance with AFMAN 21-200.
  • Use emergency action check sheets for war/contingency notifications, crash, fire, severe weather, and explosive mishaps.
  • Track the progress of explosive operations to maintain awareness of workforce status.
  • Notify supporting activities before hazardous operations or evacuation/fire drills begin.
  • Notify the Fire Department of class 1.1 explosive movements outside the MSA or changes in magazine contents that affect fire or hazard symbols, and document the notification.
  • Carry out MSA owner/user responsibilities as defined in DAFI 31-101.
  • Perform entry-controller duties when needed.
  • Complete required TICMS actions using the Receiver role.
  • Perform other assigned duties and work in office, maintenance shop, warehouse, and outdoor environments as required.

  • Ability to remain effective under pressure and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment if required.
  • Valid home-country driver’s license and the ability to obtain a host-nation driver’s license.
