Position Overview

As a paramedic on the emergency medical response team, you will handle urgent deployments, help keep vehicles and equipment ready for service, and contribute to training activities within the organization. Depending on operational needs, you may also be deployed on the intensive care transport vehicle and take part in an active station environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out emergency rescue assignments in line with the applicable standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the operational readiness and service availability of rescue vehicles and related equipment.
• Assist in training ambulance and emergency medical staff.
• Potentially work on the intensive care transport vehicle when required.
• Participate in the daily life and operations of the station.

Compensation and Benefits

• Additional pay for working at special times, plus support with relocation costs.
• A fixed emergency paramedic allowance of up to EUR 400 gross per month, depending on experience and employment status.

Requirements

• Completed training as an emergency paramedic.
• Ideally, a Class C1 driving licence; if not already held, there may be an opportunity to obtain it through the employer.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High reliability and motivation for further training and continued learning.
