Operations Executive - Supply Chain

Role overview

The organization is seeking an Operations Executive with strong understanding of supply chain workflows. In this position, you will coordinate people, systems, and day-to-day processes to ensure goods are received and dispatched correctly while helping the team meet productivity goals.

Core responsibilities

• Study shipment records and identify issues or trends.
• Check whether planned deliveries are happening on schedule.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain visibility into inventory levels.
• Raise purchase requests for supplies before shortages occur.
• Continuously look for better ways to run operations and improve efficiency.
• Recommend changes that can raise productivity.
• Streamline employee tasks and workflow distribution.
• Define, monitor, and report key warehouse performance metrics.
• Keep facility equipment in proper working condition through regular upkeep.
• Work closely with colleagues across functions to keep operations aligned.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and performance review of new warehouse staff.
• Track operational costs such as fuel, storage, and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role or a comparable position.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Practical knowledge of process re-engineering methods.
• Strong inventory management capability.
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into useful operational insights.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
