Role Overview
Eden Medical Clinic is hiring a Patient Coordinator for its Adelaide location in Dublin. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, keeping operations organized, and contributing to a welcoming clinic experience.
Working Pattern and Key Details
The role is set across 4 days and requires evening and weekend availability. The advertised hourly pay range is €14.15 to €16.00, depending on experience. A 6-month probationary period applies.
Primary Duties
The Patient Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for patients, help keep appointment diaries organized, deliver high-quality support by phone, email, and social media, and assist the wider team in maintaining a positive clinic environment. The role also includes keeping the premises clean, tidy, and properly supplied.
What the Clinic Is Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a positive, energetic attitude and enjoys building strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Strong organization, multitasking ability, clear communication, and confidence using computers are important. Experience handling stock tasks such as small inventory counts and stock rotation when deliveries arrive is also valued. Flexibility is essential, as priorities may change from day to day.
Background and Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' customer service experience is preferred. Prior clinic experience would be an advantage. A Leaving Certificate is required, and a Medical Admin or Dental Nursing qualification will be considered a plus.
