Role overview
The Ministry of Law in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to deliver high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Principal. The position focuses on keeping schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and stakeholder coordination running smoothly.
Core duties
- Plan and manage the Principal’s calendar together with relevant stakeholders so that meetings and appointments transition seamlessly.
- Arrange the security clearance process for invited guests, including media representatives and other visitors attending MinLaw on the Principal’s invitation.
- Find suitable venues and coordinate availability for meetings and forums.
- Prepare materials required for meetings.
- Support officers who staff the Principal during overseas official trips by coordinating travel logistics and drafting administrative correspondence.
What the role requires
- Experience supporting C-suite leaders in a corporate secretarial capacity.
- Prior exposure to public service work, particularly coordination-focused assignments.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Comfort handling multiple priorities and working under pressure.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
