About the Role
Origin Support Services is looking for a caring and dependable Disability Support Worker to join its team in Redland Bay, Queensland. The position is ideal for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully to the lives of people living with disability while being part of a supportive, values-led workplace.

Key Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting people with disability
- A person-centred approach to care and support
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or a willingness to obtain it
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
Highly Regarded Experience
Experience in complex care, high-intensity support, manual handling, personal care, or community access will be viewed favourably.
