PR Manager & Content Writer

Role Overview

The Halal Bites is hiring a PR Manager & Content Writer to support its PR and marketing efforts from the Business Bay area in Dubai. The role combines content creation, design coordination, client-facing discussions, and brand presentation upkeep.

Core Duties

• Create daily product visuals for company posts and publish them across social channels.
• Coordinate with clients or account managers to understand campaign goals and job requirements.
• Work out the effort needed for each task and prepare quotations for clients.
• Build creative briefs that align with the client’s objectives.
• Plan rollout timelines and keep budget limits in mind.
• Use a variety of media tools and graphic design software to produce assets.
• Develop fresh design ideas, layouts, graphics, and creative concepts.
• Collect the necessary inputs and materials before starting work.
• Shape concepts by reviewing available information and source materials.
• Draft rough compositions for art and copy, including layout, sizing, typography, and visual style.
• Seek approval for concepts by sharing preliminary layouts for review.
• Prepare final artwork and copy using typesetting, printing, and similar production tools, including vendor purchases when required.
• Assemble the final layout by marking and pasting completed copy and artwork.
• Keep technical knowledge current by attending workshops, reading professional publications, and taking part in professional associations.
• Support the team by delivering related outcomes as needed.
• Maintain production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while resolving operational issues and improving workflows.
• Develop basic presentation approaches based on the material provided.
• Set production timelines by coordinating with art, copywriting, and production leads and aligning on creative direction.
• Present final layouts to clients and secure approval.
• Keep company profiles and presentations accurate and up to date.
