Product Specialist

Role overview

We’re looking for a Product Specialist in Riyadh to help shape, improve, and grow digital products and technology solutions. In this role, you’ll connect business teams, customers, and technical specialists so the products support business goals and create a strong user experience.

Core responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and record both business and functional needs.
• Work closely with Product Managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams across the full product journey.
• Assist with product planning, roadmap delivery, and deciding which features should be prioritized.
• Carry out market research, competitor reviews, and analysis of customer feedback.
• Convert business needs into clear user stories and product specifications.
• Take part in testing, UAT, and product release activities.
• Track product performance and spot opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Create product documents, presentations, reports, and training content.
• Guide stakeholders and users by sharing product knowledge and support.
• Help drive product enhancement initiatives and digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a Product Specialist position.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience collecting and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Preferred: experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools.
• Preferred: understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Preferred: exposure to digital platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products, or enterprise systems.
