Role Overview
This full-time Project Manager position is based in Singapore and may require travel to overseas project locations when needed. The role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, implementation, quality checks, and post-project review. The position requires close coordination of schedules across countries and time zones, alignment of internal teams and outside partners, and careful tracking of milestones to deliver work on time.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee projects from the initial stage through final delivery and review.
- Build and manage timelines across different markets and time zones.
- Bring internal departments and external collaborators into alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor resources, budgets, and milestone progress to support timely execution.
- Handle ordering, expediting, and movement of materials and deliverables.
- Track logistics activity, including cross-border shipments, and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.
- Prepare and maintain project records, updates, and other documentation.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders in multiple locations.
- Suggest and implement process changes that improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Support inspection and quality control activities to maintain brand and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong background in project management, with hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, risk control, and cross-functional coordination.
- Prior exposure to projects spanning multiple locations or international markets is preferred.
- Experience in expediting work and ensuring the timely movement of materials and deliverables is required.
- Working knowledge of logistics coordination and supply support, including cross-border shipping.
- Understanding of inspection and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable traveling internationally for project delivery.
- Able to work on-site in a fast-moving environment while managing several priorities at once across time zones.
- Proficient with project management tools and common office applications such as spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in F&B, hospitality, retail, or creative projects, especially in Asia, the Middle East, or similar international settings, is an advantage.
Working Conditions
This role is based onsite in Singapore and includes travel to overseas project sites as required. The work environment is dynamic and fast paced, with multiple active priorities and cross-border coordination.
