Project Manager

Role overview

Qore3 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to connect engineering execution with business goals. In this role, you will guide a development team delivering advanced software initiatives, from the initial requirements phase through deployment and release. The ideal candidate is a technology-oriented leader who can bring out strong team performance while keeping delivery efficient and on track.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of software project delivery from start to finish, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Managers to turn business needs into practical development plans.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of developers while setting measurable goals and building a high-performing team environment.
• Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows that improve productivity.
• Track project risks, resolve issues early, and keep stakeholders informed through dashboards and regular progress updates.
• Make sure service level commitments are achieved and continuously improve delivery methods and team processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing projects in software development or IT, with a strong record of delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Prior experience leading both onshore and offshore development teams.
• Solid technical understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling stakeholders and clients.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred: exposure to blockchain, Web3, or fintech projects.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and ChatGPT, along with interest in AI-driven development methods.
• Preferred: Mandarin proficiency for regional business communication.
• Preferred: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile certifications.
