Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

This position is for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will help uphold the dependability, speed, and regulatory compliance of enterprise software and services. The role centers on building test plans, carrying out test cases, and applying fixes and improvements that support strong quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and run test plans aligned with project goals.
• Build, track, and evaluate test scripts for functionality, stability, and performance.
• Detect issues and support their resolution in the production workflow.
• Suggest, apply, and oversee preventive and corrective measures.
• Gather QA metrics and interpret statistical findings.
• Confirm that end-user expectations are being met during testing.
• Prepare quality assurance policies and process documentation.
• Review product defects and customer-reported concerns.
• Maintain adherence to relevant industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Background in quality inspection, auditing, and testing is preferred.
• Comfort using computers, along with familiarity with QA databases and applications, is important.
