Role overview

This position sits within an EMEA recruitment function supporting hiring across several European markets, including the UK, Spain, and Germany. The role is centred on finding, attracting, and engaging technical candidates, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and delivering a polished candidate experience from first contact through to offer.

Alongside direct candidate management, the role also covers essential recruitment administration and coordination tasks such as interviews, reference checks, offer handling, onboarding support, and offboarding activities. You will also help build talent pipelines for future hiring needs while partnering closely with hiring managers.

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and exit interview processes
  • Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date in internal systems
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet technical recruitment requirements

Experience and skills

The role calls for someone with 2–3 years of recruitment experience, gained either in agency or in-house environments. A background in technical or technology recruitment is preferred, along with strong sourcing ability and a practical, hands-on style. Clear communication, confidence in stakeholder management, and a genuine focus on candidate care are important. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is also required. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are an advantage.
