The role involves understanding manpower needs, sourcing suitable talent from the veteran community, coordinating recruitment steps, and helping close placements successfully.This position calls for someone who can communicate confidently with clients and candidates, maintain regular follow-ups, keep records organized, and move hiring assignments forward efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with employers to understand their hiring needs and role expectations.Identify and recommend appropriate veteran candidates for open positions.Coordinate recruitment activity and support the placement process from start to finish.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Keep candidate pipelines updated and manage follow-ups in a timely manner.Track recruitment progress accurately and maintain organized records.Work toward closing recruitment assignments effectively and on time.RequirementsBackground in recruitment, HR, staffing, sales, or business development.Previous hands-on recruitment experience is required.MBA qualification is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good relationship management and follow-up abilities.Confidence in speaking with employers and job seekers.Solid understanding of recruitment and manpower placement workflows.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing tools.Comfort using phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and similar professional communication channels.Well-organized, sincere, and driven by targets.Interest in using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and workflow.Awareness of veteran career profiles, career transitions, and employer expectations.Ability to align veteran talent with appropriate job opportunities.Work LocationThis role allows both office-based and remote working arrangements. The on-site base is Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Experienced freelance recruiters and recruitment professionals may also apply for the remote option.
