About the Role
This position is focused on supporting bancassurance business growth for Shriram Life Insurance in Chandrapur and other assigned locations. The role sits at the intersection of sales support, customer service, and relationship management, with an emphasis on working closely with bank partners to strengthen insurance distribution.
Sales Support
- Help drive achievement of sales goals by backing the bancassurance channel.
- Spot potential sales opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up on them.
Relationship Management
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with bank personnel to support bancassurance activity.
- Serve as the primary contact point for both bank partners and customers.
Customer Service
- Deliver prompt assistance to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Handle queries and help resolve concerns raised by bank staff or customers.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow company guidelines as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
- Compile and share periodic reports covering sales performance and other relevant metrics.
Additional Information
This is a multi-location responsibility, so the selected candidate must be prepared to manage work across more than one location.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Working knowledge of insurance products and the wider financial services sector.
- Capability to build trust and long-term relationships with bank teams and customers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
