Research Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-focused Research Analyst to support business, strategy, or investment decisions through structured research and data analysis. This position suits someone who can gather information from different sources, turn raw data into useful insights, and present findings in a clear, decision-ready format.

What You Will Do

• Perform both qualitative and quantitative research on assigned subjects, sectors, or themes.
• Gather, clean, arrange, and evaluate information from primary and secondary sources.
• Spot patterns, trends, and meaningful observations that can guide business or investment actions.
• Build research outputs such as reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentations.
• Contribute to market studies, competitor reviews, and industry comparison work.
• Keep databases, research records, and supporting documentation organized and current.
• Work closely with teams in strategy, finance, product, and operations as needed.
• Support survey preparation, data gathering, and research method design.
• Communicate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders in a concise and professional manner.
• Monitor industry movements, market changes, and relevant news to keep research current.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior exposure to research, analytics, consulting, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong ability to think critically, solve problems, and work through data logically.
• Comfort with interpreting complex information and converting it into practical insights.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with data analysis tools.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets accurately.
• Capability to juggle multiple research assignments and meet deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Social Sciences, Data Science, or a related area is preferred.
