Role overview
The Research Analyst will focus on end-to-end reporting and analytics across multiple tools used for performance tracking, funnel analysis, sales forecasting, business reviews, and governance support. The position is based in Navi Mumbai and is designed for onsite work.
Core responsibilities
This role supports sales analysis, project-level evaluation, and insight generation for internal organization, account, and business unit performance. It also contributes to sales planning and forecasting while working closely with stakeholders such as GSO teams, CSOs, and BU finance on reporting, process standardization, and automation. In addition, the position includes THOR operations and CRM support to improve efficiency across SBUs, BUs, MUs, and GBLs through effective Salesforce assistance.
Grade-specific expectations
The analyst is expected to understand the full process flow and publish reports with strong attention to timeliness and accuracy. The role requires a focus on improving efficiency and widening support through reporting tools, as well as learning new tools, statistical analysis, and data modeling. The position also involves participation in budgeting, forecasting, SLM, and performance tracking.
