Sales Consultant

Role Overview

AB Fitness UAE is looking for a driven Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic about fitness and wellness and can convert interest into memberships and training sales. This position suits someone with a solid sales background, especially in fitness, gym membership, or wellness-related offerings, and a clear record of hitting targets in a service-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell gym memberships, personal training plans, and fitness package options to potential customers.
• Source new leads through walk-ins, referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
• Meet with prospective members, understand their goals, and recommend the most suitable membership choice.
• Work toward and consistently deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop lasting client relationships to improve satisfaction and encourage retention.
• Track up with leads and enquiries to improve conversion results.
• Keep precise records of customer conversations, memberships, and sales activity.
• Partner with internal teams to support promotions, marketing initiatives, and club events.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
• Prior exposure to gym membership, fitness, or wellness sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Comfort working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Applicants who are available to start immediately will be preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the fitness and wellness industry is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role is focused on direct sales in a fast-paced fitness environment, and immediate joiners will be given preference.
