Program Overview
This is a 4-week learning and exposure program designed for university graduates and final-year bachelor’s students who want practical experience in sales within a major food and beverage company.
Learning Format
The program combines guided learning with job shadowing so participants can build a broad understanding of how a corporate business operates, with sales as the main focus.
Schedule and Location
The program runs from 2 August to 27 August 2026. Sessions are held every Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Participants will be based at the Nestlé office in Jeddah, and the experience also includes customer field visits to observe day-to-day business operations firsthand.
Who This Program Is For
This opportunity is intended for fresh graduates or senior bachelor’s students studying Marketing, Finance, Sales, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, or another business-related discipline.
Applicants should have no more than 1 year of work experience and be based in Jeddah. The program is open to both men and women.
