Skills and experience

  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Hands-on experience managing several workstreams in a busy operational setting.
  • Comfort using scheduling platforms, maintenance systems, or ERP tools.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability.
  • Background in facilities maintenance, trades coordination, asset management, or industrial/service environments is advantageous.
  • Experience in project coordination or scheduling is preferred.

What Metso offers

  • Growth and learning opportunities, including mentoring, internal mobility, education support, ambitious projects, and global exposure.
  • Health and wellbeing support such as occupational healthcare, a generous benefits package, healthy living rewards, mental wellbeing services, and engagement surveys.
  • Annual bonus and global incentive programs linked to business and performance results.
  • Flexible working arrangements with hybrid working possibilities.
  • Access to a global network of colleagues and collaborative support across locations.
  • An inclusive, caring, and courageous culture built around safety and shared success.
  • Safety-first work environment prioritising physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Competitive base salary aligned to skills and experience, plus an annual incentive program.

  • Gender-neutral parental leave with 18 weeks paid in full.
