Role summary
The Senior Operations Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor who brings deep subject-matter expertise and a strong understanding of the business. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, define process and technical direction for global operations, and help raise standards for quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
This position is well suited to someone with strong business judgment, advanced problem-solving ability, and a drive to improve global processes, systems, and outcomes at scale.
Team context
The Content & Data Operations team sits at the center of the company’s intelligence platform. Senior Operations Analysts own creative types and priority industries globally, partner with Product, Commercial, Governance, and Machine Learning teams, and help shape standards that keep operations running at a high level.
Key responsibilities
- Take global ownership of a creative type and a priority industry, while coordinating with local Operations Analysts and aligning with Product and Commercial on strategy.
- Represent Content & Data in strategic cross-functional meetings and provide global process input, updates, and recommendations.
- Use data to identify ways to improve global processing, completion, and quality outcomes for creative and industry workflows.
- Define requirements and recommend enhancements to creative flows that improve speed and accuracy.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting for customer-reported issues and perform detailed root cause analysis, including needed system or process changes.
- Help set quality standards and service levels for assigned global creative and industry areas in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Review and audit complex client-specific requests and project work to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support day-to-day quality activities when required.
- Own strategic global operations projects focused on process improvement.
- Manage rollouts of system and process changes across global operations.
- Monitor the post-launch impact of changes and drive continuous improvement with attention to efficiency and budget.
- Contribute to innovation reviews by assessing feasibility and expected impact.
- Maintain deep knowledge of operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
- Create and maintain complex product records in a centralized catalog while following strict governance rules.
- Act as a reference point for product catalog ground truth and master data.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for assigned creatives and provide structured feedback for system and process improvements.
- Support vendor communication related to global creative and industry ownership and change management.
- Analyze operational data and present insights on volume, coverage, status, and other performance metrics.
- Build and present detailed business cases and optimization recommendations to Operations Leadership.
- Flag risks and opportunities early so teams can make fast, well-informed decisions.
- Set a high standard for execution, collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Jira.
- Proven project management ability, including identifying, evaluating, and reducing risks.
- Advanced process improvement capability; Six Sigma experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining complex product records under strict governance.
- High-level familiarity with proprietary platforms used to review, classify, and attribute ads across multiple media channels.
- Comfort using AI tools at an advanced level.
- Strong business case development and optimization skills.
- Deep knowledge of operations systems, creative types, and product catalog structure.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for explaining complex analysis to different stakeholders.
- Preferred experience: serving as a technical or team lead, owning global processes, coordinating across stakeholders, working with ML/AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows, handling multiple concurrent processes at scale, and using advanced dashboards and SQL.

What success looks like
Within the first 60 days, you are expected to build strong familiarity with the assigned creative types, priority industries, and relevant systems, identify at least one data-backed process improvement, actively contribute to cross-functional meetings, and earn leadership trust through accurate analysis and recommendations.
After 60 days, you should be driving measurable gains in operational quality and efficiency and leading at least one strategic project through full rollout, including change management and post-launch tracking.
