Role overview
This senior role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional production process initiatives and strengthening validation, control, and scalability across manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate multi-station process changes that involve several teams and stakeholders.
- Create validation plans and supporting evidence for significant process updates and new workflows.
- Improve quality outcomes by introducing layered controls and earlier defect detection methods.
- Support and coach engineers and technicians in disciplined problem-solving and process improvement.
- Make informed decisions by weighing speed against thoroughness and documenting the associated risk.
