Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

This position is a fully remote Solutions Engineering opportunity focused on enterprise AI. You will support organisations across Singapore and Southeast Asia as they deploy and scale AI models on their own private infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Work alongside the sales team to explain the platform’s value, long-term direction, and commercial fit to customers.
• Lead the technical side of trials and evaluations, helping move prospects toward a successful outcome and addressing concerns during the process.
• Use technical knowledge, competitive awareness, and credibility to help secure complex deals.
• Run product walkthroughs, briefings, and technical presentations for potential clients.
• Keep CRM records current with customer feedback, including wins and losses, and share market and competitor insights with internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering.
• Hands-on programming or scripting ability in one or more of Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, or .NET.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain both technical strengths and business impact clearly.
• Capability to design and run a structured customer evaluation process.
• Preparedness to travel to client locations across the region, up to 45% of the time.

Compensation

The base salary can go up to 200000, with additional commission on top.
