What You’ll Do

• Direct, coach, and encourage the sales team to create an exceptional luxury retail experience while consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Oversee the store’s day-to-day functioning, covering inventory management, team scheduling, staffing, and adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Act as a representative of the brand at events, product introductions, and community-facing activities, while working with regional leadership on marketing plans and broader business strategy.
• Protect and uphold the brand’s expectations for merchandising, visual display, and customer service across the store.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should bring hands-on experience in luxury men’s fashion retail, strong relationship-building skills for working with VIP clients, and proven leadership ability to guide and develop a varied team.
