What the role involves

• Take overall ownership of store results and performance.
• Guide the team in driving sales activity and profitability.
• Coach team members so they are confident, informed, and enthusiastic about the products in store.
• Lead a strong team to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
• Recruit, select, and develop capable, motivated people and help build future succession plans.

About you

The ideal candidate brings retail management experience and a track record of running a store or retail operation successfully from a commercial perspective. You should be able to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, work with a strong team-first and customer-first mindset, and demonstrate solid knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing requirements and good practice.

The role also requires availability for four weekend shifts per month, including at least one Saturday and one Sunday, plus at least one evening each week until at least store closing time.
