About the role

The Strategy & Operations Manager will play a key role in shaping international expansion and day-to-day operations. This person will lead high-impact work across the business, using analysis and structured thinking to improve processes, address challenges, and deliver stronger customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve scalable processes that support Revolut’s rapid growth.
- Drive the execution of essential infrastructure initiatives.
- Assess potential projects, decide what should be prioritised, and define clear timelines for delivery.
- Identify product and service improvements that create a smoother customer journey.
- Oversee important vendor partnerships and put performance measurement systems in place.
- Build strategic supply-chain relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
What you need
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-moving work environment.
- Proven ability to own and deliver complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a talent for simplifying complicated issues into smaller parts.
- Comfort working with data and making decisions based on it.
- Curiosity, drive, and a strong desire to make an impact.
- Interest in the financial services industry.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
