Supply Chain Analyst

Role Overview

Trelleborg Industrial Solutions is a global provider of innovative polymer-based solutions used across essential industries and critical infrastructure. In this role, you will support supply chain operations by keeping purchasing data current, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and helping ensure smooth daily execution for project-related activities.

What You Will Do

• Work with project managers across different product groups to gather information needed for reporting and operational follow-up.
• Stay in regular contact with suppliers to obtain updated pricing, market feedback, and information on bottlenecks or other issues.
• Monitor purchases and volumes placed across offices and supplier relationships.
• Help align requests between sales teams, project managers, and suppliers whenever coordination is needed.
• Prepare input for prioritisation and decision-making discussions.
• Track the progress of active and potential projects, as well as related purchasing activity.
• Arrange and support recurring coordination meetings with suppliers.
• Follow through on open actions and make sure issues are closed on time.
• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and current status.
• Maintain the schedule for activities that require system updates.
• Collect the required data, check it for accuracy, and enter it into the system for selected purchasing excellence activities.
• Ensure all TMI sites update their purchasing excellence activities within the expected timelines.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for suppliers on non-purchasing coordination matters.
• Maintain and share relevant product information, including price lists received through procurement.
• Assist with gathering information on tooling, testing capabilities, and supplier-related data.
• Work in alignment with procurement teams whenever needed.
• Keep an overview of stock availability and demand indications.
• Support planning discussions and the preparation of planning inputs.
• Monitor possible orders to help with forecasting and planning visibility.
• Compile and consolidate operational reports.
• Update and maintain data in systems such as EXACT and other tracking tools.
• Support inputs for management-level reporting.

You should be a self-driven, proactive professional with a solid technical foundation. The role suits someone who performs well in fast-changing settings and enjoys contributing to growth through effective partnerships and coordination.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or project-related roles within industrial manufacturing or engineered solutions.
• Exposure to the Marine, Offshore Energy, or Underground Construction sectors.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong cultural awareness and time management capability.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
