The Talent Acquisition Assistant supports hiring and employee growth efforts across the organization. In this role, you will help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and learning activities so the company can attract, select, and develop capable employees.

What You Will Do

  • Publish openings on job boards, the company careers page, and social media channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable applicants.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate updates between candidates and the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Handle candidate communication, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and progress updates.
  • Keep applicant information accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding for new hires, interns, and temporary workers.
  • Coordinate employee training and track completion status.
  • Help with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Provide backup support for front desk responsibilities when needed.
  • Carry out other assigned duties and special projects as required.
  • Follow employment laws, internal policies, and hiring procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Comply with the organization’s Compliance Plan and HIPAA requirements.
