Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Technical Recruiter in Jaipur. The role covers end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring. The recruiter will work closely with both candidates and internal teams, so clear communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical roles from sourcing to offer closure.
- Recruit for contract-to-hire assignments and niche technology positions.
- Source candidates using professional networking and hiring platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and technical evaluation of applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate with candidates and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Handle multiple open positions while meeting quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with emphasis on C2H hiring.
- Hands-on hiring exposure for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and full-stack development profiles.
- Strong ability to assess technical candidates through interviews and evaluation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage several roles at once without compromising delivery.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in staffing agencies or IT consulting environments.
- Good understanding of technology stacks, software development roles, and contract-to-hire hiring practices.
- Track record of building and sustaining talent pipelines for specialized technology requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
