Minimum requirements

• Matric plus COMPTIA A certification (Essentials and Core).
• A valid driver’s licence is required; an “N” qualification is considered an advantage.
• Strong selling ability, including the confidence to close sales.
• Good people skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to network both inside and outside the organisation.
• Capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Comfort working under pressure and managing stress effectively.

• Practical knowledge of IT hardware parts and repair work.
• Experience with software installation tasks.
