Role Overview
KGK Engineers Private Limited is looking for a seasoned Tender Manager – Infrastructure to oversee end-to-end tendering for large-scale civil and infrastructure assignments. This position is based in Coimbatore and involves full-time, on-site work.

What You Will Do
- Own the complete tender lifecycle for infrastructure projects, starting from identifying opportunities through to final bid submission.
- Work on tenders from NHAI, MoRTH, AAI, and similar government bodies.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and submit them through CPP Portal and other e-tendering systems.
- Study tender documents carefully to understand eligibility conditions and contractual obligations.
- Arrange and support pre-bid meetings, including drafting and tracking clarification questions.
- Develop documentation for joint ventures and consortium arrangements.
- Carry out quantity calculations, pricing analysis, and project cost estimates.
- Work closely with engineering, estimation, finance, legal, and leadership teams during bid development.
- Make sure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.
- Keep organised records of bids, tender files, and all related support documents.
- Track new tender opportunities and assist business development efforts.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- 7 to 12 years of experience in infrastructure tendering.
- Hands-on exposure to NHAI, MoRTH, and AAI tender workflows.
- Experience managing infrastructure bids worth ₹100 crores or more.
- Good working knowledge of public sector tender rules and procurement practices.
- Comfort using CPP Portal and other online bidding platforms.
- Experience preparing and submitting techno-commercial bids.
- Understanding of JV and consortium agreements.
- Strong analytical ability along with solid communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Exposure
- Background in highways, roads, airports, or other major infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with EPC, HAM, and item-rate project structures.
- Capability to manage several tenders at once while working to tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder handling and cross-functional coordination skills.
Technical Capabilities
- Rate analysis and project estimation.
- Quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
- Working knowledge of Candy Software and Road Estimator.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of infrastructure costing and bid strategy.
