Role overview

This position is for an L2 associate who serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and its stakeholders. In practice, you represent Amazon to seller points of contact and are responsible for spotting issues, troubleshooting delivery partner concerns, and sharing ideas that can improve processes.

What you will do

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently across all interactions.
• Provide fast and effective support to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
• Handle sensitive cases carefully and route them through the correct escalation path when needed.
• Use strong time management to stay organized and meet targets.
• Work toward or surpass the performance metrics assigned to the role.
• Use logical problem-solving to uncover patterns, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.

Basic qualifications

Applicants should hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The role calls for strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to explain issues clearly, solid listening and comprehension, and the discipline to stay focused until a case is resolved. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

Technical comfort is also expected, including familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, email applications, website navigation, and fast, accurate typing.

Preferred background

Experience in logistics or a closely related support role is preferred, along with a good command of Excel.
