Role Overview

IDR is looking for a UI Designer to support one of its key clients in Englewood, Colorado. The work centers on building refined, highly accurate interfaces for healthcare-related initiatives, with a strong emphasis on visual quality, detail, and execution from concept through final implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create precise, production-ready interface designs that align with detailed design requirements.
Evolve and maintain design systems to keep products visually consistent and polished.
Work side by side with product teams to turn wireframes and prototypes into finished UI solutions.
Improve the overall user experience by designing screens that are both easy to use and visually strong.
Own the quality of the final output and ensure a high standard of craftsmanship throughout the design process.

Skills and Experience Needed

A portfolio that clearly shows strong pixel-perfect UI work created from the ground up.
Deep hands-on experience using Figma, especially for enterprise-scale projects.
Strong capability in interface and graphic design, balancing visual appeal with usability.
The ability to produce interfaces with a level of refinement and interaction quality comparable to top consumer products.
Prior exposure to healthcare or AI work is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
