About the Role
In this position, you help deliver a polished, inspiring, and consistent shopping experience by applying visual standards and strong commercial execution. You will carry out the store’s visual, styling, and commercial presentation in line with brand and store guidelines. You will also stay aware of trends and competitors so you can share useful insights, coach store colleagues, and help build a stronger customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the overall omni-channel customer experience by making sure visual and commercial presentation follows the required standards.
- Represent the brand positively in customer-facing interactions.
- Plan and organize your tasks around the store activation plan, adjusting priorities with Store Management and the Area Visual Manager as business needs change.
- Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on schedule and in line with brand standards.
- Ensure garments are cared for properly, stock levels are maintained, and allocation feedback is shared with management and area teams.
- Review sales reports and KPIs, then identify and prioritize visual and commercial improvements with Store Management.
- Take action to improve customer satisfaction and support sales, budget, and store goals through follow-up with management.
- Follow store procedures, operational routines, legal requirements, best practices, and OMNI service standards with the wider store team.
- Keep up with fashion developments, style trends, products, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Set aside time to build trend knowledge, mood board understanding, and styling techniques that improve product presentation and customer experience.
- Share fashion, visual, and commercial updates with the team, including seasonal changes and pricing perception.
- Coach and develop colleagues so product presentation and commercial execution remain strong and consistent.
- Help build daily routines and best practices that maintain visual and commercial standards while supporting excellent service.
- Support onboarding and development of new colleagues and emerging talent.
- Take part in visual and commercial learning activities, including training tied to regional and sales-market goals.
- Support store projects and expansion-related needs with Sales Market and Area teams.
- Execute the store’s visual styling and commercial presentation based on the commercial calendar, allocations, activation plans, trend direction, and visual guidelines.
- Use sample-picking best practices to build clear trend stories with the right stockroom items, accessories, and shoes.
- Ensure windows and styling displays are executed to create a strong, inspiring, and commercial customer experience.
- Maintain layout and fixtures so customer flow supports strong trend placement.
- Keep price signage balanced and well maintained in windows and across the store according to global strategy and market requirements.
- Work with Facilities Management to make sure lighting is functioning correctly and highlights the merchandise effectively.
- Look after display forms and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
- Work with the Area Visual Manager to keep store navigation up to date and aligned with the latest layout guidelines.
- Make sure there is enough sale and activity material, including POS items, following local routines.
- Keep the sales floor and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and safe in line with local security guidelines.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this role starts at CAD 43,867.20 and goes up to CAD 49,350.60. The final offer may vary based on qualifications and may change over time.
