About the Role

Agents Only Technologies Inc. is looking for voice contributors to support a broad mix of speech, audio, and language projects. This work may involve different languages, dialects, accents, and market-specific needs, depending on the assignment.

The position is best suited to people who speak clearly, communicate well, and are interested in voice recording, artificial intelligence, language technology, media work, or creative audio production.

Core Work

• Capture clean voice samples, scripted audio, or conversational recordings.
• Deliver speech that sounds natural, expressive, and aligned with the project brief.
• Adjust tone, pace, pronunciation, emotion, accent, or character style as required.
• Read scripts, prompts, and reference materials carefully and accurately.
• Keep performance style consistent across all assigned tasks.
• Complete and submit recordings within the expected timeline.

Audio Quality and Project Standards

• Provide recordings with clear sound and very little background noise.
• Check files before submission to confirm they are accurate and complete.
• Follow all task instructions, quality rules, and project guidelines.
• Protect confidential project materials and handle them responsibly.
• Reach out to the project team whenever clarification is needed.

What You Need

• Strong spoken fluency or professional-level verbal ability.
• Confident communication and natural reading skills.
• Comfort working with varied tone, delivery, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions closely.
• A dependable internet connection and a device capable of producing quality audio.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

• Experience in voice acting, voice-over, narration, dubbing, podcasting, broadcasting, content creation, or audiobook work.
• Exposure to public speaking or speech- and language-related work.
• Experience in audio recording, production, or AI speech data projects.
• Familiarity with recording tools or basic audio equipment.

Compensation and Engagement

This is a project-based freelance/independent contractor opportunity. Pay can vary depending on task volume, project scope, productivity, and quality. Compensation details will be shared during the selection process.

The work is remote and may include voice recording, speech collection, voice performance, narration, voice-over, conversational speech, audio annotation, or similar assignments. Language requirements depend on the project, and contributors must be fluent in the language or dialect needed for each task.
