Warehouse Coordinator

Role overview

This position is based in Accra, Ghana, within the Logistics & Operations function. The role involves keeping warehouse activity organized, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the movement of supplies and materials through the distribution process.

Compensation

The advertised annual salary is between $20,000 and $30,000.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activity, including stock control and inventory tracking.
• Monitor stock availability and support the issue and distribution of materials.
• Handle incoming goods and outgoing shipments in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and orderly warehouse environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management is expected.
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems is needed.
