Job summaryGold's Gym Fitness Institute, which operates under Cult.fit, is looking for a driven Academic Counselor to help grow sales of its certificate programs. The role centers on selling fitness-related certifications such as fitness instructor, personal training, and group fitness courses while delivering a strong customer experience.What you will doWork on converting incoming leads into enrollments and contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue goals.Identify fresh business opportunities through outreach, networking, and proactive prospecting.Create and apply sales approaches that improve course sales, including offers, discounts, and package combinations.Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and guide prospects through the available services and certifications.Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable course options.Develop long-term customer relationships that create a positive and lasting experience.Handle sales-related administration such as data entry, lead tracking, and reporting.Share regular performance updates with the Sales Manager or Institute Head, along with insights on improvement areas.RequirementsA background in sales, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.At least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in education or fitness.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage prospects.Solid selling capability, including negotiation and closing skills.Basic knowledge of the fitness sector, especially certifications, personal training, and group exercise.
