Job description
Role overview
Based at Longleat Forest in Warminster, this position is focused on keeping guest accommodation at a consistently high standard. The role supports a “right first time” approach, helping to create a great stay for guests while contributing to departmental objectives.
The pay rate for this role is £12.87 per hour.
Key duties
- Carry out Guest Ready Checks to confirm accommodation is prepared to the company’s expected standard.
- Record and address cleaning-related issues where possible, and escalate matters that need further action.
- Use the organisation’s fault-reporting process to flag maintenance or equipment issues.
- Work towards set targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction outcomes.
Working pattern
Both full-time permanent and fixed-term contracts are available, with the fixed-term option running until 20 May 2027. Shifts are scheduled for Mondays and Fridays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You will be contracted for a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours across each 4-week period. Additional hours may be required depending on operational needs. Bank holidays are included in this role.
