Role Overview
This Account Executive opportunity is suited to applicants with sales experience, especially in SaaS, marketing, full-cycle sales, or hunter-style roles that involve cold outreach. After completing a strong training program, the role moves quickly into field selling, where you’ll meet owners and close business in person.
The position also comes with a clear growth track, with opportunities to move into management, training, and other roles as the company expands.
Key Duties
- Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to deal closure.
- Partner with the Customer Success team, which handles most post-sale responsibilities.
- Generate new business by selling to independently owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach.
- Meet owners face-to-face, present the platform and product offerings, and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Conduct roughly 1 to 4 in-person meetings each day at the owner’s bar or restaurant.
- Work within an assigned territory of about a 45- to 1-hour radius, though this may vary based on territory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Year-one earning potential for a full Account Executive is estimated at $100,000 to $125,000 OTE, with a base range of $65,000 to $85,000.
- By year two, many full AEs reportedly reach the $150,000 to $200,000+ range.
- Performance-based equity opportunities are available.
- A monthly operational expense stipend of $300 is provided.
