The role requires a strategic approach to target organizations and stakeholders, recommending the right hiring and learning solutions while acting in the customer’s best interest and supporting long-term partnerships.Work ArrangementThis position is based in Gurgaon, India. The role follows a hybrid work model, with work completed partly from home and partly from a LinkedIn office on selected days depending on team business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively build a pipeline by reaching out consistently and developing strong relationships with prospects.Prepare dependable forecasts and keep management fully informed about pipeline progress.Understand customer goals, identify blockers, and engage multiple stakeholders to build strategic partnerships.Position LinkedIn’s Talent and Learning solutions so they align with the customer’s business priorities and expected outcomes.Close new business consistently at or above assigned quota.Create and carry out a territory plan and share competitive intelligence with the team.Work with peers and managers to resolve issues, ramp quickly, and move deals forward.Use sales processes and tools effectively throughout the sales cycle.Support teammates by sharing coaching, feedback, and practical advice when improvement opportunities arise.Help establish and spread best practices for the team.Listen to market needs and pass relevant insights to product and marketing teams.Take initiative in solving problems beyond the immediate scope of the role and contribute to additional business needs as they arise.Step into leadership opportunities and contribute to the company’s broader goals wherever possible.Experience and QualificationsCandidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or account management.Preferred experience includes solution selling, selling to multiple business stakeholders, SaaS sales, understanding the talent acquisition and learning space, senior-level value-based negotiation, strong communication, project management, time management, customer management, and handling multiple prospect opportunities at once while positioning products against competitors.SkillsThe role calls for forecasting, solution selling, negotiation, stakeholder management, pipeline management, SaaS sales, account management, territory planning, competitive positioning, and customer relationship management.Additional InformationLinkedIn offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates, including individuals with disabilities.
