The Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and growing the company’s presence in the call center staffing market. This position is suited to a sales-oriented professional who can source and close deals independently while also supporting client relationships and success after the sale.

You will develop a pipeline and build your own portfolio of accounts through outreach on LinkedIn, phone calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face networking within your assigned territory. The role covers the full sales process, from initial prospecting through closing and account setup, along with ongoing account care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with leaders, decision-makers, and HR stakeholders in call center organizations to create new opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales journey, including outreach, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account onboarding.
  • Use a mix of channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and in-person meetings to grow and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team so client requirements are handled quickly and accurately.
  • Build lasting client relationships and support long-term account growth.
  • Keep up with market movement, hiring difficulties, and staffing needs to offer informed, consultative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proven sales professional who has performed well in a high-energy environment, ideally in B2B sales. Experience in staffing is beneficial but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate can prospect confidently, close deals independently, and thrive in a hunter-style role. Strong communication, credibility with decision-makers, and the ability to turn conversations into business relationships are essential.

Success in this role also requires self-direction, strong motivation, and comfort using technology and AI-based tools to improve outreach and account management efficiency.
